The Low-Altitude Defense System is the basic sensing layer for regional low-altitude security. It focuses on continuous monitoring, early warning, and unattended alerting, and does not include active mitigation capability. The Integrated Counter-UAV System adds a complete closed-loop capability from assessment to response, making it suitable for high-risk scenarios that require active intervention against UAV intrusion.
